Ermenegildo Zegna (Italian pronunciation: [eɾmeneˌʤildo ˈʣeɲɲa]) (often abbreviated and known simply as Zegna) is an Italian luxury fashion house. Founded by Ermenegildo Zegna in 1910, in Trivero, Biella Province of the Piedmont Region of Northern Italy, Ermenegildo Zegna remains one of the most renowned businesses in Italy.

A former employee shares his experience with sketchy management in one of their stores, "Pay was bad, very slow brand so most of the time you are just waiting. Whenever there are people coming into Ermenegildo Zegna, they are probably being ripped off by your coworker, so he could leave extra money on their profiles then he spends it on himself. As well as inventory somehow disappearing. Even though Higher up management is confronted about the activity, they let it go on."

"Greatly underpaid with overloaded responsibilities. Some people are favored by higher management and knows how to kiss ass so they never have to do real work, while others have to clean their ass and do the work. HR needs to really value the quality of people they hire. You can't expect to hire quality employees with under-market-value salary. In the end you are wasting money and losing business by hiring these under-qualified employees. Company management don't appreciate you for the contribution you give. They toss you after you are fully used and with no value to them."
